to MS Project 98

Outcome:
delegates will be proficient in the use of MS Project 98 and able
to develop useful project plans which include Gantt charts, Pert charts
and resource allocation. They will understand the role of such a planning
tool within the whole PM and will learn to use the product with real
practical planning exercises. |
